As an experienced psychotherapist I proved therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families from all diverse backgrounds and needs. Through therapy my goal is to help those identify and work through the factors causing them discomfort. 

Through therapy I help those to understand the behaviors, emotions, and ideas that contribute to discomfort and distress. Helping those to identify life problems or events, such illness, loss, divorce or other life factors that contribute to distress. Sometimes it is important to work on an on-going bases as issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma can take more effort to regain a sense of control and pleasure in life. 

In working with individuals, couples and families, as a psychotherapist, my therapeutic approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic and emotionally focused theories using a variety of thoughtful and targeted interventions.  To continue to provide the best practices to all my patients I maintain up-to-date practice standards and continuing education to ensure comprehensive and competent services.

I monitor the latest developments in my areas of expertise to ensure you receive the most effective treatment available. My treatment focus is both short-term, long-term, and symptom oriented. I work closely with patients to define specific treatment goals, tailor appropriate treatment plan, and monitor progress to ensure goals are achieved.
